Nurturing Communities with Expert Social Service and Support
Mobile Family Resources INC, an organization devoted to improving health equity and access for underserved communities, through a mobile and community-based approach, we provide Community Health Workers (CHWs), doulas, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), and social services to support immigrants, homeless and low income. Our organization is dedicated to closing the gap in health care and social services, especially for those facing social and economic challenges. Through our work, we hope to foster healthier families, promote informed decision-making, and create a positive, supportive environment for the targeted group that we serve.

Core Foundations of Mobile Family Resources & Support Services
Social Support
In-person support during financial hardship, offering continuous emotional and financial assistance, including access to financial resources, assisting with Job applications, and advocacy for the special needs of the person’s wishes.
Cultural Integration:
Assistance during and after socio economic hardship, including help with daily food assistance, health care, emotional support. Providing guidance and reassurance to the homeless and low income and immigrants, helping them to be actively involved in the social reintegration process.
Collaboration with Other Services:
Mobile Family Resources Inc aims to collaborate effectively with hospitals, and healthcare organizations, Lawyer farm, social community development, financial assistance program to integrate Mobile Family Resources services into their service offerings.
