Mobile Family Resources INC, an organization devoted to improving health equity and access for underserved communities, through a mobile and community-based approach, we provide Community Health Workers (CHWs), doulas, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), and social services to support immigrants, homeless and low income.
Our organization is dedicated to closing the gap in health care and social services, especially
for those facing social and economic challenges. Through our work, we hope to foster
healthier families, promote informed decision-making, and create a positive, supportive
environment for the targeted group that we serve.
